Horizontal Dug Earth Loop

The average horizontal dug earth loop for  most residential homes' require 300 to 400 foot of trench with a 6-pipe system.
The trench has been dug and the earth loop piping is being laid at the bottom of the trench and on each side. The trench is 5' deep and 2' wide with the pipes being laid 2'apart in each direction.
Owen Carey on left and Steve Hall on right, shown fusing the header piping. Piping is fused together to become as one continuous pipe with unrestricted flow. No clamps, and no threads provide a consistent quality job throughout the entire system.

Many times clients are concerned about sidewalks or driveways. This picture shows how we address that concern so that the concrete or blacktop driveways are undisturbed when the geothermal loop is installed. We simply trench up to the sidewalk or drive and then push a pipe through the hole and remove the pipe and install the geothermal pipe through the opening. This leaves the ground in tack so that it is undisturbed.
